Return and Exchange Policy for Magic Beauty

Skin Care and Health Care Product Provider
  • Non-Returnable Items: The items you buy from us are marked as non-returnable. We will only replace a product if the customer provides unboxing proof that it was damaged.
  • Damaged Product Replacement: To request a replacement for a damaged product, you must confirm the damage first. Once we receive the damaged product, we will send out the replacement.
  • Returnable Products: You can return products within the return window if they are physically damaged, missing parts, defective, or not as described on the website.
  • Exchange Conditions: Exchanges will be processed only if:
  • The product was not damaged while you had it.
  • The product is the same as what was shipped to you.
  • The product is returned in its original condition.
  • Notification of Change: You must inform us about any product change within 24 hours of receiving it. We only offer replacements and do not provide refunds or store credits.
  • Cancellation Policy: Once you place an order, you cannot cancel it. No refunds will be given after the order is confirmed.
  • Delivery Attempts: If you miss the first delivery attempt and want a future delivery, you will need to pay an additional charge based on the Courier Zone / Pin Code / Distance / and Courier Company.
  • Advanced Payment: Customers have to pay in advance for the second delivery attempt based on the Delivery Attempt.

Exchange Policy for Magic Beauty

  • Exchange Product: Magic Beauty will exchange the product in case of if you get the damaged product while delivering to you but we need proof of the product unboxing Video.
  • One-Time Exchange: The product can only be exchanged once.
  • Extra Shipping Costs: If you exchange a product, you will need to pay extra shipping costs for future deliveries.
  • Discounted Services: Services that are on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Value of Exchange: If your exchange follows our rules, you can get a service of the same or lower value. We do not give back any money if the new service costs less. If it costs more, you will have to pay the extra amount.
  • Unavailability: If your order is returned because you were not available, you will need to pay the shipping charge for a second delivery attempt.
  • No Return for Unavailability: If you are not available and your order is returned, you cannot get a refund. You can ask for the same product again, but you must pay for the shipping.
  • Storage: All Magic Beauty products are kept at room temperature.
